Rewards and Responsibility We believe that appropriate praise and rewards is a vital factor in building confident learners. We have a clear system and strong emphasis on the celebration of achievement at all key stages. Similarly, individual self esteem is fostered by offering opportunities for students to take responsibility for many activities within school including the running of clubs and societies. There are year councils as well as a whole school council. |
