The National Curriculum The National Curriculum for students aged 11-14years (Key Stage 3) and 14-16years (Key Stage 4) is extended to include the performing arts and a wide choice of foreign languages. In year 7 lessons are taught in form groups. Some setting takes place in particular subjects. All Year 7 Students participate in a structured Library programme. We have a special programme for students of marked ability throughout the school, which includes additional tutorials for Sixth Form Oxbridge candidates. Some students are given extra literacy and numeracy lessons rather than pursuing a second language
YEARS 7,8 AND 9 (11-14 YEARS) All students in the first three years follow a common curriculum including:
