The number of
people who remember a school and want to keep in touch with their old
classmates must say something about the schools quality and the kind of
experience that it provides.
In 2004
Friends Reunited surveyed all 22, 000 secondary schools on its data base
and discovered that Elliott school was the friendliest school in the UK.
Their findings were based on the number of former students registered
and the average number of messages sent between registered users.
An astonishing 4,843
former students were registered at the time of the survey and they had
sent an average of 4.47 messages to old friends and colleagues.
