Antony and Cleopatra
Antony and Cleopatra is the story of a doomed

Antony is a successful Roman general who, according to
his followers, has been reduced to a 'strumpet's fool' by his love
for Cleopatra.
The play examines the conflict between love and duty as
the two lovers in the early days of the Roman Empire.
