Aware of the formality and importance of the occasion, our students attended very smartly dressed and extremely well behaved.

9PH were our overall winning Tutor Group in our recent Sports Day competition. During the KS3 Ceremony, Mr Hayden, Head of our PE and Dance Department took the opportunity to present Ms Hamer and her Tutor Group with the Winners' Shield.

William (Billy) Turner of 9PS was awarded the title of Student of the Year.

The Certificate awarded states:

"This award is given to students whose achievements throughout the curriculum, whose abilities in taking responsibility in the school community and whose participation in extra mural activities are all outstanding"

Billy achieved all the above and is a very deserving winner.
