Dear Parent / Carer,

I am writing to introduce myself as the new Interim Headteacher at Elliott School as from 1^st June 2009.

Following the recent communication from the school concerning the latest Ofsted report, inspection findings and the future plans for Elliott School, I am writing to invite you to a parent forum where you will have the opportunity to meet myself and members of the Interim Executive Board (IEB).

The dates and times of the planned forums are as follows:

 Monday 8^th June                 5.30 – 6.30 p.m.       Parents of Year 10 only

Wednesday 10^th June       6.00 – 7.00 p.m.       Any parent who is unable to make the meeting on Monday.

The meetings will take place in the main School Hall.

I look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have.
