Dear Parent/Carer,

I am taking this opportunity to invite you to the forthcoming Year 7 Parents Evening on Tuesday 8^th July 2008. The evening will take place in school from 4pm until 7pm.

Your child’s end of Year report will be available at reception.

 The evening will give you an opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with their subject teachers. Your child will be given an appointments sheet and you should discuss with them the teachers you would like to meet. Your child will then make individual appointments with teachers lasting five minutes. Every effort will be made to keep to the appointment times but if you require a further discussion it may be necessary to make another appointment with their subject teacher or Head of Department.
